Lessons are held Monday to Thursday (4 days per week), with one 25 min lesson or one 50 minute lesson per day. If you want more time you can pay for an extra 25 minutes.
Each lesson is 25 and 50 minutes long.
Lessons are one-on-one (1 student to 1 teacher).
Payment is due one day before the same day your child starts their first lesson. Example: if the student starts on Wednesday, the next due date is the following Tuesday.
The cost will be charged and the remaining lessons refunded if the student meets following requirements. If no lessons were taken, a full refund will be provided once the teacher was notified at least 2 hour before class time. Missed lessons are not refundable if no notice was given. The teacher will wait on the student for 15 minutes in the classroom to ensure the student will not attend. After this the lesson is counted as taken. If the teacher is absent you can be given the lesson at later date and time, given a different teacher or refunded.
Lessons are conducted via the Classin or Voov application.
We accept students from 5 - 18.
Your child will receive personalised reading lessons, focusing on: Phonics, Vocabulary building, Reading fluency, and Comprehension skills.
Lesson times are 2:30 PM to 6:15 PM daily. You can choose a time slot that suits your child’s schedule.

Missed lessons are not refunded, unless we were notified you will be absent..
Your monthly payment will still cover 1 month of lessons from the date the student starts, regardless of calendar month. Payment should be made 1 day before its due date. Example, you started March 15, your next payment is due April 14.
